In today's sports the focus is placed on athletes to test extremely strong in preseason tests such as the 40 yard dash and bench press. What we do is create athletes that not only excel in preseason tests, but more importantly they will out perform the competition on the field by developing other crucial elements of athletic performance.
Unlike other training facilities, Team APT works with athletes in groups of no more then 4, working them through
their workout programs under close supervision. Athletes are put through a barrage of tests to discover the athlete's areas of needed improvement. These include but are not limited to strength deficiencies, flexibility issues, and muscle imbalances. After these are determined a customized program is developed for the athlete designed to correct areas needing improvement and also designed for the athlete's sport of choice.
Team APT is open to athletes of all sports, sex, and age. Whether you are a high school football player looking to get that D1 scholarship, a soccer player trying to get the foot speed and acceleration needed to make varsity, or just interested in olympic lifting and want to become a better all around athlete Team APT can help you achieve your athletic goals!
